Import Shared Data from Cloud Providers

This feature is currently in beta and will become available in Label LIVE v4.3.

Label LIVE keeps it simple by easily importing data directly from Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Sheets, OneDrive, SharePoint, and any URL that points to a compatible Label LIVE data file: XLS, CSV, Numbers, or VCF.

How It Works

Online services often contain a "Share..." button that creates a link that can be shared with anyone. This same link can be used to download a copy in a Label LIVE compatible format. Label LIVE uses these shared links to download and import your data.

Supported Services

• Dropbox: any compatible file

• Google Drive: any compatible file

• Google Sheets: all workbooks within the sheet

• OneDrive: any compatible file

• SharePoint: any compatible file

• URL: any compatible file

Security

When shared, your data is "Viewable by anyone with the link" - which means it is your responsibility to keep the link private. The link itself is the "key" to your data. If you are not comfortable with this then please disable your shared link and download your data manually. You can stop sharing at any time.

Label LIVE does not save the shared link in the design file. This means that every computer that uses a design with "Shared Data" must setup the same Shared Data. Contact us if you have any questions.
